FREE Shipping on all orders over $30 USD.
All orders are shipped from our California, USA warehouse.
We partner with trusted postage companies and always choose the best live rate for your delivery location balancing speed and value.
Processing Time: All orders have a processing time of 1–3 business days, regardless of shipping method.
- USA: 2–6 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your glam right to your door.

If you decide it’s not for you, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions:

All returns incur a $10 fee to cover shipping and processing.
Original packaging must be included.
Any free promotional products must be returned unused, or their value will be deducted from your refund.
Kit orders purchased with a discount code or on sale are eligible for store credit only.
All other items are offered as final sale and are not returnable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Email us with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, credit, or replacement according to our policy.
